Dr. Nicole Robinson has been a co-author on the nationwide Women in the Workplace study for the past nine years. During her time at McKinsey’s San Francisco Office she became a leader of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion work within the firm’s Banking Practice and is excited to bring this cutting edge work across industries. She has a PhD in Italian Literature with a focus on women’s studies from UCLA.
